We were born to run; we were born because we run

Born To Run

This post looks at the awesome book Born To Run written by Christopher
McDougall. In the book Christopher explores the mysteries of the human
wish to run. Just how did running help humans to stay alive and do
those impulses still remain in us today? Born To Run The book Born To

Minimalist running - my thoughts so far ....

Vibram Five Finger Side View

In this post I briefly explore the ideas behind minimalist running. I
love to run in my Vibram Five Fingers Men's Bikila Trainers (see
below), I find that running in them is completely different from
running in regular trainers As you'll see from the videos, by wearing a
pair of shoes like Vibram Five Fingers you

How to be happy

the components of fitness

Britain is less happy than in the 1950s - despite the fact that we are
three times richer. Here are some great tips to help to reverse this
statistic, along with my expanded thoughts on the subject: We all live
with the objective of being happy; our lives are all different and yet

A Big Fat War of Words: Gary Taubes -v- The World: Who's Correct?

I've posted a 2002 article from Gary Taubes below (I'm slowly
catching-up!) which is still relevant almost 10 years after it was
published. It gives a great overview of the obesity and nutrition
debate which is still raging now; as well as a basic introduction to
the concepts underlying the problem with high-carb/low-fat diets and

Are we doomed? Can going paleo save us?

Can a Palaeolithic diet be adopted globally? Probably not and here's
why: This article comments that: the current situation of a world
population of 6 billion people on the planet. Currently, we are unable
to provide enough cereal grain for much of humanity, let alone provide
all humanity with high-quality animal protein. This is especially

10 Ways To Be Awesome With An Unbelievable Diet

Well here I am, my first blog post on my Paleo Lifestyle journey. But
just what is paleolithic or paleo or even a primal lifestyle about? A
paleo lifestyle refers to living as humans did in the paleolithic era
(Old Stone Age), or attempting to recreate such a lifestyle in the
present day. The rationale

Quick & Easy Tuna

This is an awesome recipe which is both filling and nutritious. It is
based on this original recipe, but I've removed the olives and the
anchovies (both of which I hate) and added black beans on a purely
functional - level to boost both the protein and fibre levels (see my
note on beans below).

Find other ZORGIUM pages using AZ.COM:

Enter your search keyword(s) into the search input field of http://az.com
The zorgium specific results appear in the right hand margin.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of http://bing.com, http://yahoo.com or http://google.com.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.

DISCLAIMER: Zorgium is a free world-wide-web engine from AZ.COM. You may use it, but by doing so you agree that your use of other people's information discovered via our website is entirely your responsibility. Enjoy!
